1. We allow 48 hours for clearing at the border, 24 hours from time of arrival at S.A side and once the trucks cross to Zim side 24 hours from there.
2. All documents for the shipment must be originals as it is a requirement of customs.
3. Any delays that is a direct cause of the client or clearing agent will result in demurrage charge of R6500 per day or part thereof charged to yourselves. Demurrage charges to be paid before the truck offloads.
4. 4 hours allowed at the offloading point from the time of arrival, please ensure that the consignee is ready for the offloading before the truck arrives.
